YourIllinoisHome.com
The Illinois Association of Realtors created a great website to
help buyers and sellers. If you have a couple minutes -- check it out! It
really has a lot of super information,

Back to GRI
GRI is only offered twice a year so I am getting it while I can.
It was great in November and I am sure the January sessions will be even
better. The course descriptions look really useful. After this session, I
will have the GRI Designation. I will be out of town for part of the last
week of the January, but I will still be on my phone and e-mail.
Happy Holidays
I hope everyone had a great holidays!
Heading to GRI
The Graduate Realtor Institute is being held in late November. I
will be out of the office for the last couple days of the month but will
still be on my cell and e-mail. For more information about
GRI, click here!
Back from NAR Convention
I survived Vegas! The national convention was as good as it could have
been. The sessions really offered up some new ways of thinking for
delivering service to clients and the expo housed thousands of vendors. The
amount of stuff out there is incredible. It had it all from home websites to
shoe cover dispensers.
Illinois Broker's License
I just finished up the 75 additional class hours required to take the
brokers test, and, although it was a tough test, I passed! I am finishing up
the paperwork and should have a new title by December.
NAR Convention
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas? I hope not cause I am headed to
the National Association of Realtor annual convention from Nov. 13-17, and
I am amazed by the amount of classes being offered. There should be a lot of
great information out there.
QSC:
Quality Service Certified
In mid May, I received my QSC designation. What does that mean? Simply,
that I’ve had extensive training in delivering high-quality service to my
customers. To read more about QSC and Premiere Service,

New Service Offered
I recently signed up for Visual Tours. This
service will greatly improve the internet foot print and a lot more buyers
will see our listings. I am excited for my sellers because I think this will
really help get their homes sold! The key to success is that homes will be
listed on the most visited home search cites such as Yahoo!, Google,
HomePages, Realtor.com, and many others. With 80% of buyers using the
internet to search for homes, adding Visual Tours as a tool will greatly
help market sellers' homes.
